Skynet VISP
Halo call center software
Halo is call center software for Ethiopia, built in Addis Ababa and sold, installed and supported by Skynet VISP. It answers your callers or turns missed calls into callback tasks, plays voice menus in Amharic and is built for Ethio Telecom SIP trunks. Halo runs on a server for your company alone and is used by klik.
What Skynet does for you
We sell it. Halo is priced per seat per year, plus a one-time setup fee. A seat is a person with a softphone; supervisor listen-in lines are free. We give you a quote after the demo.
We install it. Setup covers the install and licence with backups, your Ethio Telecom SIP line connected and tested, the first voice menu, queues, users and hours, and hands-on training in Addis Ababa.
We support it. The yearly licence includes all updates and our support Mon-Sat 08:00-18:00 by phone, Telegram and email, with remote fixes. Our team speaks English and Amharic.
Three things Halo does
Amharic voice menus. Callers hear your own recordings, in Amharic or any language. An Ethiopian holiday calendar plays your holiday greetings.
Missed calls become callback tasks. Callers who hang up while waiting, voicemails and callback requests become tasks. A task closes itself when the customer is reached.
A live wallboard. See callers waiting, the longest wait, the service level and every agent, with changes shown within 2 seconds.
Your server, your data
Halo runs on a server for your company alone, yours or one from Skynet. Calls, recordings and history stay on it, with encrypted nightly backups on a second server in Ethiopia.
Book a demo. Skynet calls you within one working day (Mon-Sat, except public holidays) to plan it.
